David Wyatt

David Wyatt, singer-songwriter, has worked with Island Records and EMI, recorded with producer James Sanger (Keane, U2), toured with guitar great Tommy Emmanuel, and gigged with the likes of James Morrisson, Seth Lakeman, The Beautiful South and many others.

It is difficult to categorise David and his music, so think somewhere between Jeff Buckley-esque soaring, beautiful, intimately crafted songs, happy feel-good numbers harping back to the jazz era of the 1920s and pounding epics that will stick in your head forever.

 

David has a back catalogue of outstanding albums :

China on Paper Planes, You Will Rise, The River, and

An Evening With, recorded live at the Y Theatre, Leicester, which showcases his diverse range of musical styles backed by his fantastic live band.

 

His shows are always unique, especially when it comes to audience-band banter, but you are also served a visual treat,with a likeness somewhere between a Victorian gentleman and Captain Jack Sparrow.
